July 8 and 9, 2012, mark a full year since being attacked by Barnes Jewish Hospital/Washington University School of Medicine (BJH/WUSM) Security Personnel. These attacks happened despite of my calm and non-threatening postures on both occasions; the first attack was while I was seated inside my clinic office at the Wohl Outpatient Psychiatric Clinic, and the second, while I was seated on the ground (on the BJH hospital grounds) with my hands up in the air. BJH/WUSM’s security cameras captured the second attack and it can be seen in its entirety at:
The most salient points about both attacks is that, time of occurrence, I was an employee of BJH and undergoing academic training at WUSM. I was a third year (PGY-3) psychiatric resident at BJH/WUSM; I had performed three years of clinical residency training at these institutions. Also, oddly enough, the same set of individuals who carried out the first attack carried out the second one, within a twenty-four hour time period. Needless to say, I personally knew some of the security guards who attacked me, having exchanged casual greetings during my years of clinical training at BJH/WUSM.
Regarding the footage of the second attack referenced above, later on during the course of my prosecution by the State of Missouri (State of MO), one of the troubling facts that emerged was that BJH/WUSM presented it to the State of MO, as bonafide evidence that I am guilty of criminally trespassing on BJH/WUSM’s medical campus and of assaulting six of their security staff.
On the State of Missouri’s Prosecutorial Discretion.
The State of MO readily discounted and dismissed the six assault charges alleged by BJH/WUSM. Nevertheless, an air of an incipient and malignant undertone was still palpable in the State of MO criminal justice process, when the state pressed ahead with the criminal trespass charge.
This preceding malignant undertone was all the more made real through the State of MO relentless pursuit of the criminal trespass charge for six months and by the “breaks” they offered me, in exchange for guilty plea. A point to be stressed here is twofold: I was innocent of all charges alleged by BJH/WUSM, all along; and the judicial maxims of “innocent until proven guilty” and “beyond all reasonable doubt” were not initially considered, in the criminal prosecution of my case by the State of MO.
On the State of Missouri’s Prosecutorial Deals and Breaks.
In exchange for a guilty plea to criminal trespassing, the State of MO offered me: one year of probation with active monitoring by a private agency; the strong possibility of having to submit to court-ordered psychiatric treatments during probation; forty hours of community service; and payment of court costs.
The most startling thing about the terms of this offer from the State of MO wasn’t necessarily the psychiatric treatment even though I do not have a history psychiatric treatment or hospitalization, but that BJH/WUSM had no tangible evidence to support their allegations. Consequently, I am uncertain as to what the State of MO based their decision on, in offering the terms they did. For, not only was I not guilty of the criminal trespass charge, it appeared that I had the burden of proving my innocence; an ironic reversal of the known and well-established American criminal justice system. That is, the “burden of proof” was no longer the state’s to carry; my family and I had to bear the full and heavy brunt of it.
The reversal of roles and attitudes by the State of MO is all the more poignant, given the immediately discernible facts of the case, had the any real inquiries been made. For, at the time of the alleged crime, I was a resident-physician at the BJH/WUSM; I still had an unexpired employment contract with BJH/WUSM; and I had been diligently seeing and treating patients at the medical campus for three consecutive years.
On the Subject of Prosecutorial Omission by the State of Missouri.
A curious point is the appearance that the State of MO never considered the possibility of an abuse the criminal justice system by BJH/WUSM. There also is the lingering and unsettling question as to why the State of MO didn’t consider, or explore the options, of bringing assault and battery charges against BJH/WUSM security staff, at least against the individuals captured on the video footage. Additionally, there was an apparent lack of interest by the State of MO in investigating the potential violation of federal laws by BJH/WUSM, given the unabashed and open statements by BJH/WUSM security staff that they attacked me while I was in military uniform.
Also, it seems that in the haste to have me convicted of criminal trespassing, there might have been an oversight by the State of MO in critically looking at all the elements at play in their case against me and the resulting pictorial collage. For it appears to my untrained eyes, in the stitching together of the presenting facts and issues, the not-so-subtle emergence of a possible conspiracy by BJH/WUSM. This cloud of conspiracy further gathers strength in the light of a BJC HealthCare Executive Board member personally and directly supervised the first attack on me; this executive board member is affiliated to the
All the more troubling in my criminal prosecution by the State of MO, which was notably sustained and prolonged, the state was unperturbed by BJH/WUSM’s admission of forcefully transporting me( in dehumanizing conditions and against my will) to three independent hospitals for a purported need to be psychiatrically evaluated. Moreover, the state was relatively unbothered that BJH/WUSM purposefully made false statements to law enforcement authorities and to emergency medical personnel that I have been terminated and that I have a history of schizophrenia and multiple psychiatric hospitalizations.
On the Subversion of Power by BJH/WUSM.
In BJC/WUSM’s tactic and illegal subversion of the instrument and power of the State of MO, in an effort to maliciously commit me to a psychiatric facility, it appears they encountered no definite resistance within the state. Unfortunately, it appears to me, that all state actors inappropriately lined up and followed a crafted script, on cue, at BJH/WUSM’s call. For, judging solely on the authority of my personal experience in Missouri, all safe-guards afforded by the state and its constitution, were virtually non-existent. Rather, the weakness of the powerful citizenry appeared well covered up and protected, while the tiny strength of the weak citizenry was left exposed and directly in the path of devastating power of the State of MO.
The State of MO fails its weak citizenry by not actively preventing, nor proactively protecting, them from victimization, whether real or perceived, by powerful corporate entities. For all allegations of BJH/WUSM against me, can all be easily shown to be false, with little or no effort. BJH/WUSM also asserted that: I assaulted six of their security staff; and that I was a terrorist with links to Osama bin Laden. Based on these maliciously allegations, the Saint Louis Metropolitan Police Department (SLMPD) arrested me, detained me, and had me jailed for two days; I was out on bond for six months.
During those six arduous months, I was shackled and fettered to the criminal justice system; my family and I experienced intense emotional and psychological anguish; I had to expend over $40,000.00 (forty thousand dollars) in legal fees to prove I was innocent of a bogus criminal charge.
What did I get after those six long months of criminal prosecution by the State of MO? The state finally dismissed (with prejudice) the criminal trespassing charge and expunged the criminal record BJH/WUSM was deftly crafting me. I rode on the wave of this good fortune and filed a civil lawsuit against BJC Healthcare, BJH, and Dr. Nuri Farber (WUSM’s Psychiatry Residency Program Director) on January 25, 2012. America is looking beautiful once more, as I had always known months before. Finally, I cannot believe it, is that light I am seeing in the distant? No!
The art of silent proxy warfare.
Seven days after filling my civil lawsuit (February 2, 2012), the “righteous indignations” of SLMPD descended on my Saint Louis, MO home, in a raging fury and with guns drawn, literally!
In summarizing the events of February 2, 2012, and wrought by officers of SLMPD, I’ll quote from the letters I have written the Federal Bureau of Intelligence (FBI) and the United States Congress on this issue:
‘On February 2, 2012, SLPD officers forcibly broke into my home at 4103 Olive Street 63108. The officers used an excessive and undue force, not only in entering my home (the door to which they never knocked) but also in the execution of their “search warrant”; they drew guns on my hapless and elderly parent-in-laws, who were taking care of my infant son; and also broke doors of bedrooms, which were unlocked and visibly open. The SLPD police officers claimed that they were performing a “search and seizure” of all my digital and computing devices for an ongoing child-pornography investigation against me.
‘During the raid of my home on 02 Feb 12, some of the SLPD police officers made comments and references regarding my ongoing legal issues with BJH/WUSM. Those comments and the wreck-of-a-home they left in the wake of the execution of their search warrant, strongly suggested to me that there were other overriding sinister and ulterior motives prompting the invasion and destruction of my home; I feel the raid was more of an abuse of judicial process.
‘Furthermore, my suspicion of SLPD police officers’ abuse of the process of law is all the more piqued, given that in both instances wherein my digital and computing devices were forcibly confiscated, SLPD police officers have always been actively involved; they either “looked the other way,” refusing to uphold the Law, or appeared to be but extensions of BJH/WUSM Security Personnel. Also, in both instances, one is left with the eerie feeling that SLPD police officers weren’t being faithful to the oaths of their office. All the more, as I write this, I am still being subjected to continued hardships through the prolonged withholding of my digital and computing devices by SLPD, which includes all my data and their corresponding backups.
‘On the subject of child-pornography, I am not a pedophile. Throughout my nearly two decades of living inside the United States, I have never had any run-ins with Law Enforcement (other than routine traffic tickets), until BJH/WUSM Security Personnel viciously attacked, multiple times. Since the raid on my home, I have, nevertheless, relocated outside of Saint Louis, MO for the safety of my infant son and my young family.
So, there you have it. Since, January 24, 2012, I have been run out of the City of Saint Louis under the threat of demonstrably real violence, using the power of the State. My home was broken into and my civil rights violated by the very people that were supposed to protect me and ensure the Rule of Law are unbiased and uniformly applied. This is quite reminiscent of the way BJH/WUSM went into complete overdrive in their insatiable quest to see me destroyed and completely buried. Perplexing all the more is the utilization of my patriotic service in the US Army and to fellow troopers, as the “perfect” cover to work their “magic”.
Since the unjust and forceful confiscation of my computing devices by SLMPD in February 2012, no tangible evidence that either raises a credible suspicion of child pornography or that justifies the violation and utter disregard of my human and civil rights, by SLMPD has been tendered. Rather, I am being subjected to another round of attempted criminalization, continued economic-means deprivation, and a callously-sustained financial resource bleed. Ladies and gentlemen, I am no legal expert, but it appears that BJH/WUSM has perfected the weaponization of the Criminal Justice System. Meticulously and craftily, BJH/WUSM seems to have discovered an apparently innocuous way of turning the common-good into a public enemy. Please be advised that if BJH/WUSM can manage to try to pull-off all the preceding against me (a military officer proudly serving in the US Army and a medical doctor) during a period of war, I am not sure anyone without “ultra-deep pockets “ is quite outside the reach of powerful corporations in this country (United States) and the world.
Help bring corporate tyranny to an end.

(I have contacted most of the major news organizations, including CNN, The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, and The Associated Press, but none appear willing to go against the twin juggernauts of BJH/WUSM.)

What am I requesting and looking for through this blog?
A reason to believe, again, that the United States is still true to her publicly espoused and founding ideals that made this nation standout as the beacon of hope to the world; a listening ear, a rational and object mind, an empathic heart; and a fair and full investigation by the FBI and the United States Congress into the circumstances surrounding the actions of BJH/WUSM against me, as described above.
