"Americans came to
liberate, not to conquer; to restore freedom and to end
tyranny."
— National World War II Memorial.
"You are like salt for
the whole human race. But if salt loses its saltiness,
there is no way to make it salty again. It has become
worthless, so it is thrown out and people trample on
it."
— Matthew 5: 13. (GNT.)
"It is true that we
live in the world, but we do not fight from worldly
motives. The weapons we use in our fight are not the
world's weapons but God's powerful weapons, which we use to
destroy strongholds. We destroy false arguments; we pull
down every proud obstacle that is raised against the
knowledge of God...."
— 2 Corinthians 10: 3—5. (GNT.)
My Story: An Example and a Brewing
Scandal:
I am a fugitive of innocence running from the most powerful
army known to human civilization: the mighty United States
Army. I committed no crime in the civilian world (or in my
civilian life) and violated not an iota of the codices that
is the
Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ).
Since becoming a commissioned officer, in August 22, 2005,
I have strived only towards but the best qualities (both
physical and mental) and highest ethics expected of a
commissioned officer in the United States Army. I was
instructed in, and expected to uphold, the following
virtues: integrity, loyalty, selfless sacrifice, mental and
physical toughness, and (most importantly) to stand as a
guardian of the Constitution of the United States of
America (Constitution); it was drilled into me to oppose
all oppositions to the Constitution, foreign and domestic,
including disobeying all military orders subverting the
Constitution. These virtues were exemplarily displayed by
the soldiers of the New Jersey Army National Guard (NJANG),
and more specifically, by the non-commissioned officers and
commissioned officers of the NJANG Medical Command based at
Sea Girt, New Jersey, whose commander was Col. Debra
Burr.
In May 2008, I transferred to the USAR as a captain and
continued along the rigorous path of mental, physical, and
high-ethics instilled in me by the troops of the NJANG.
Nevertheless, on July 8, 2011, while in my military uniform
and in the course of discharging my duties as a
commissioned officer of the USAR within the continental
United States, my military superiors in the USAR
unilaterally (and without recourse to the Justice Advocate
General [JAG]) concluded I was guilty of high-treason. The
USAR then deemed me "a threat" to national security and
designated me the "sacrificial-lamb" to be offered on their
altar of disjointed mental health policies, as an offering
to the "gods," who are bona-fide enemies (the domestic
type) of the Constitution and of the people of the United
States. Consequently, since July 8, 2011, I became a pariah
within the USAR; I was turned into a fugitive, by my own,
my fellow soldiers and by the proverbial "military
complex."
The offense for which I was turned into a fugitive is three
fold:
- Possessing a strong faith in the institution of the United States Army, with an unflinching belief that the United States Army was true to its publicly espoused ideals and principles.
- Being moved by the plight of the unending psychological and emotional trauma besetting my fellow comrades returning from the theater of war.
- Being deeply touched by the devastating and monumental wreckage that results when my fellow soldiers resort to the act of suicide to gain a reprieve of their emotional and psychological wounds, inflicted on them on account of their selfless service to the great United States of America; this indeed is a double jeopardy because not only does the United States loose a hero-citizen, fresh and deep wounds are created in the mental angst of loved ones demoralized in the wake of the suicides. To boot, the rate of troopers committing suicides, since the start of the War on Terror, has been greatly accelerating at quite an alarming pace.
Striving to be the best I can be and to be faithful to the
United States Soldier's Creed, on July 8 2011, I attended a
social gathering of mental health professionals, at the
place of my civilian employment (Barnes-Jewish
Hospital/Washington University School of Medicine
[BJH/WUSM]), wearing my United States Army ACUs. My primary
mission in attending this event was recruit fellow mental
health professionals to join the USAR Medical Corp; this
"mission" was all the more urgent given the acute shortage
of mental health professionals within the United States
Army. Many of the attendees at the events were impressed
with the range of benefits, opportunities, and flexibility
offered to healthcare providers within the USAR and some
expressed an interest in exploring the prospect of joining.
Feeling extremely proud of being a USAR and that my
recruitment activities might bear fruits for the overall
good of fellow soldiers, I took leave from the event and
went directly my outpatient clinic office. The series of
events that transpired afterwards are well detailed
elsewhere on this blog.
For my services to the USAR, I was viciously attacked and
trampled on, while still in my ACUs. I was forcefully
subjected to three psychiatric evaluations, in the terrible
dehumanizing conditions. I was labeled and treated as
a terrorist, with subsequent intense scrutiny by the
Federal Bureau of Investigation. I was falsely accused of
criminally trespassing at the location of my civilian
employment, even though I was still legally employed, I
still had an unexpired contract, and it was plainly obvious
that the criminal charge was bogus. I was accused of
assaulting six security officers, even though the video
evidence submitted against me unmistakably showed that I
was the victim of assault and battery by over 12 security
guards.
As of this writing, no criminal charges have been brought
against my attackers, not a single charge for the first
attack on me while I was in my military uniform (ACUs) and
none for the second attack, even though there is a video
footage of the attack. Rather, the USAR knowingly colluded
with the enemies of the Constitution and forced my family
and I to endure six long months of carefully calculated
systematic psychological, emotional, and financial
brutalization and bullying at the hands of a puppet-of-a-
state: the inglorious State of Missouri. This puppet-of-a-
state and their evil-twin (the machavalient entity: the
City of Saint Louis), devoid of an internal awareness of
integrity, empathy, or a higher-knowledge
of the purpose of their existences, are still engaged in a
callous pursuit to criminalize me. And at all cost, even at
the high-cost of the integrity of the United States Army,
the symbolism of America to the world-at-large (which is
freedom, justice, and liberty), and the spirit behind the
framing of the Constitution.
That these twin-evil entities are indeed domestic enemies
of the Constitution is borne by their blatant and
unpatriotic abuse of power in February 2012, when officers
of the Saint Louis Metropolitan Police Department (SLMPD)
vandalized my home and forcefully confiscated all my
digital computing devices therein. The barbaric and
dastardly acts of the SLMPD officers were really a slight-
of-hand trick to masquerade the true intentions of City of
Saint Louis and the State
of Missouri: a further attempt at continued character
assassination. For the justification tendered by SLMPD
officers for their cowardly actions—breaking and entering
into my home, invasion of my constitutionally-guaranteed
privacy and space,
terrorizing my elderly parents-in-laws and subjecting them
to psychological trauma, and pointing loaded guns at my
infant son—is: an ongoing "investigation" into the
possession and distribution child-pornographic materials.
Furthermore, since holding on to my digital devices for
over 5 months and failing to turnover a single-thread of
evidence, the machavalient City of Saint Louis is still
demanding to hold onto them for an additional 18 months.
The most painful part in all this (when the
totality of my experiences are viewed as a composite
whole), is the tactic and implied support these twin-
enemies of the Constitution enjoy from the United States
Army.
The Evil within the United States Army:
Returning to the subject of the USAR, as the painful
scenarios above unfolded, I desperately reached out to the
USAR for assistance; I was met with a stone-cold wall of
deafening silence, which betrayed all the high and lofty
ideals that the NJANG instilled in me and made me believe
about the United States Army as a whole. For my rational
mind could not fathom how the United States Army could
deliberately and purposefully choose to pay no attention to
the fact that one of their commissioned military officers
was unashamedly and maliciously attacked on the continental
soil while in the course of the discharge of his military
duties and while wearing official military attire.
Further damaging (and showing implicit complicity of the
United States Army in my ongoing ordeal) was my Unit
Commander's (Col. Pamela Y. Delancy) threatening comment to
me that she would get me administratively discharged for
having "too many personal issues."
Col. Pamela Y. Delancy's comments to me could not have been uttered at the worst possible time. For her flagrant statements came within days of SLMPD officers
invasion and armed robbery of my home in Saint Louis, MO. All the more ironic was that Col. Pamela Y. Delancy's cold and unsympathetic statement regarding my
ongoing public humiliation and persecution (which she dubbed "personal issues") were the "paybacks and accolades" I received for my innocent, lawful,
patriotic acts in trying to recruit desperately needed mental-health providers into the USAR. That is, in my honest
attempt to recruit medical professionals into the USAR (while on domestic soil) so as to assist the overwhelming veterans afflicted with PTSDs, closed-head
injuries, and TBIs, the United States Army fully certified and signed my "death warrant" at the hands of the State of Missouri and the City of Saint Louis.
And in seeing that the actions the twin-evil entities might not be sufficient to "do the job," the United States Army abandoned their implicit and passive
participation in my trump-up crucifixion and execution. The almighty United States Army joined the foray of the twin-evil and began actively looking for ways
to adjudge me mentally insane and to dishonorably (and disgracefully) discharge me from military service.
My suspicions of the United States Army were later confirmed when, after filing a complaint about Col. Pamela Y. Delancy's statements (and her other active
"inactions") with the USAR IG, asking for the IG's intervention, the USAR IG clumsily and woefully failed to uphold their own espoused standards of fairness
and neutrality, in the execution of their assigned role. They went further, committing sacrilege in the process, in their apparent attempt to bury the truth
behind my compliant and thereby pervert the course of justice. That is, as judged by their actions, they seized every opportunity they had in trying to
portray me as the guilty party; they went all-out to protect Col. Pamela Y. Delancy. In the wake of the failure of their ungodly scheme, they resorted to the
pen-ultimate showstopper: they demanded the resignation of my commission to the USAR. As demanded, and to spare my family and I further emotional anguish,
I obliged the request the United
States Army and tendered my unconditional resignation from the USAR.
The Last Acts of a Dying Wounded Warrior:
Nevertheless, in my last act of being an American soldier, which calls for being "a guardian of freedom and the American way of life" (even at
the peril of my own life, liberty, and freedom), I am releasing the recording of my conversation with the USAR IG. This recording took place on or about May
10, 2012—a full 8 weeks after the initial submission of my action request to the USAR IG. I reserve my comments regarding the impartiality of the officer
assigned to handle my compliant so as to allow for an unbiased listening.
In the Unlikely Event of my "Mysterious" Disappearance or the "Sudden" Onset of Insanity:
Fellow citizens of the United States, please let it be known that I was a proud American citizen-soldier, the product of true and loyal military
officers within the NJANG; that I cared for my fellow soldiers (fellow Americans and
brave citizen-soldiers); and that I gladly paid the ultimate sacrifice, as required by my military oath, in the defense of the Constitution of the United
States against all enemies, domestic and foreign.
May God bless the United States of America!
